Hello all i currently have my own cleaning business now for 1/2 years im located in cambridge ontario Canada the reason why i came to this forum to get some insight on some prices versus shopping here in canada.

Currently im looking to do the following with this business, Cleaning carpets, Cleaning grout graffiti all the people around this area are over charging reason why i wanna get into the market and be the under dog :)

Currently i was looking at the rotovac or the Terminator 1200 some guy in my city is selling his Terminator 1200 fully enclosed trailer with chemicals for 12000!!!! yes 12000....

Any suggestions be really good i love to make the first purchase the right one..

Looking for a heated unit, will this work on portable units? Hydro-Force SX-15 Hard Surface Cleaning Tool or anything else im in need of 1200psi i think

You will definitely need an Aerotech to do what you want to do.

I would get Aw29 wand to start and Rotovac Powerwand or 360i , nice hand wand ..

Mytee 1003dx or Classic Ninja be nice start I feel... Ask a lot questions before you buy.. See what others here say too..
Good luck with your start up!

From your speech patterns, and I think Eyeball picked up on this too, I'm wondering if English is your first language. You'll have to forgive a little cynicism. We quite often get spammer hacks on here, and their posts look much like yours. Your post sentences are fragmented and very hard to read/understand. Think you could clean that up a bit for us?

M5 not so hot for tile. There's a doohickey, which is a technical term with a very specific meaning, that you can buy from several companies like Mytee and Interlink Supply that will remedy that. Run water to it, and out comes 1500 psi. Quite the dandy little doohickey, if you ask me. Great for tile and grout. Throw in a heater, and you're SET.

I could be wrong. I thought I saw something that did 1500, but it's been awhile. If that's the case, and you're only getting 1k out of it, and the porty will be for T&G only, you can get an M-12 and do the same thing.

I'd skip mytee and look at presurewashersdirect.com way more for your money.
